As its name so adequately points out, this application provides info on the time and the weather.

The Time
Weather Clock displays a large digital clock on your desktop. The clock also displays the date, day of week, or system uptime. Since we are on the topic of time, it must be said that you can set up alarms in Weather Clock. You can have Weather Clock play one of your audio files when displaying the alarm.

To ensure Weather Clock is accurate, it features synchronization with atomic clock servers.

The Weather
The abovementioned clock also displays the current temperature and the current weather conditions (wind direction, wind speed, forecast for the rest of the day and for the following days) for whatever location you selected.

Before you go get Weather Clock, there are a few more technical details you need to know about. The following ones:

Download – the download weighs in at 2.2MB, which is good news. It means that even if you have to contend with a less than spectacular internet connection, it will only take a moment to get Weather Clock off the web and onto your computer. I don’t know about you, but I personally like it when a download doesn’t take forever to complete.
Supported OS – according to the developer, Weather Clock works with “Windows 2000, XP, or later.”
